1.The Roots: Early Web Development & Textile Engineering (2000 – 2003)

The Nick Digital history stems from the technical background of founder Stefano Nick. Holding a diploma as a Textile Technical Expert, handling structural complexity and micrometric precision has been a core principle from day one.

In the early 2000s, I took my first steps in web development, initially building personal web platforms and gradually offering custom web solutions to local clients. During these early years, a strong passion for clean code, web architecture, and digital infrastructure was born.

2.Textile CAD, 2D/3D Graphics, & Music Composition (2003 – 2019

Beginning in 2003, my career focused deeply on advanced 2D/3D graphics and textile CAD design. Creating technical fabric simulations required merging engineering logic with high-end aesthetic execution.

Alongside 3D graphics, I engaged in music composition and audio engineering. The mathematical structure of music refined my problem-solving ability and creative thinking, establishing a core multidisciplinary skill set that directly influences how I architect software today.

3.Advanced Software Engineering & The Idea Lab (2020 – Present)

In 2020, driven by modern programming frameworks and the growing need for data privacy, I fully resumed high-level web and software engineering.

• 2023 – Establishment of Nick Digital Projects: Founded as an independent digital lab offering custom web development, e-commerce platforms, desktop software, and custom WordPress plugins across Italy, Switzerland, and international markets.
• Proprietary Innovation: Combining textile CAD heritage with modern programming led to proprietary tools like iJacquard™ (3D fabric texturing engine) and Aita Workspace OS (offline workspace environment).
• R&D & Privacy: Through our iAnLab research unit, we continuously experiment with local software models and native AI integration designed for complete data privacy.
